Responsibilities
Greet and welcome customers
Use polite and professional behavior answering our IT Help Line
Utilize our ticketing system to document and create service and support tickets
Route tickets to the correct technical area or person for service
Perform routine computer maintenance and repair, including but not limited to hardware and software installation, de-installation and troubleshooting. Setup, install, configure, test, move and decommission computers and peripherals according to accepted policies and procedures
Setup, install, configure, test, move and decommission devices
Perform related duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High school graduation or equivalent
Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications
Experience installing and removing hardware and software
Experience with diagnosing and repairing minor hardware and software issues
Professional and well organized communication
Successfully complete a background Check prior to employment
Ability to lift/move computer equipment weighing up to 30 lbs, using proper lifting techniques
Must be a current TCC student
