Responsibilities
Process accounts payable transactions accurately and efficiently
Support procurement functions, including invoice review, vendor communication, and payment coordination
Work closely with a distributed AP team (Manager based in Chicago; AP team members in St. Louis)
Utilize AP software systems—preferably Chrome River, Aderant Expert, or Intapp (experience with at least one required)
Assist with financial reporting, documentation, and compliance tasks
Collaborate with internal departments, including legal and professional services teams
Contribute to continuous process improvement within a rapidly growing and evolving business office
Qualification
Required
2+ years of Accounts Payable experience required
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently in a hybrid/remote team structure
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Utilize AP software systems—preferably Chrome River, Aderant Expert, or Intapp (experience with at least one required)
Preferred
Experience in a legal or professional services environment strongly preferred
Familiarity with AP software such as: Chrome River (most important), Aderant Expert, Intapp
