Strategic Evaluation: Analyzing case strengths and weaknesses to provide accurate settlement and verdict potential
Client Representation: Navigating the nuances of insurance defense to protect our clients' interests in multifaceted litigation
Qualification
Required
Juris Doctor (JD)
10+ years of experience
Active Texas Bar license in good standing
Strong background in litigation
A 'team player' mentality with the ability to mentor junior associates
Exceptional writing and oral advocacy skills
Preferred
Candidates with specific insurance defense experience are preferred
