Responsibilities

Own full-cycle recruiting for technical roles (e.g., developers, product managers, etc.) across SaaS and technology clients
Build and maintain strong, diverse candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing and relationship-building
Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, calibrate on talent profiles, and guide interview processes
Conduct thoughtful, high-quality candidate interviews and manage consistent communication throughout the process
Drive an exceptional candidate experience from first outreach through offer acceptance
Continuously refine sourcing strategies and recruiting workflows to improve speed, quality, and outcomes

Required

Proven experience managing full-cycle recruiting for SaaS Technical roles
Experience supporting high-growth startups or scaling teams in fast-paced environments
Strong sourcing skills with the ability to engage and influence passive candidates
Confidence partnering with hiring managers and providing clear, data-informed guidance
Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills
Comfort using recruiting tools and ATS platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse or similar)
A consultative mindset and a high bar for quality, professionalism, and follow-through
