Responsibilities
Process bi-weekly and monthly payroll using ADP Workforce Now
Calculate and process monthly sales commissions and chargebacks
Maintain payroll records and post payroll entries accurately
Monitor payroll exceptions and work with department leaders to resolve issues
Administer employee benefits and 401(k) contributions and reporting
Process garnishments, child support, and other required withholdings
Prepare payroll reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly, and year-end)
Support audits, reviews, and internal controls
Assist with general accounting tasks and collaborate across the accounting team
Identify opportunities to improve payroll processes and efficiency
Stay current on payroll laws, tax regulations, and best practices
Qualification
Required
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
Comfortable working independently while collaborating with a team
Preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred (Associate degree with relevant experience considered)
Payroll or accounting experience strongly preferred
Experience with ADP Workforce Now is a plus
