Oversee residential, commercial, and national transactions
Prepare and present closing documents
Ensure compliance and resolve issues proactively
Provide guidance to junior officers and assistants
Represent the company in client and community relationships
Perform notary duties and educate clients as needed
Qualification
Required
2–3 years of experience in escrow or real estate
Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and escrow systems
Valid Notary Commission and driver's license
