Responsibilities
Support on-site event operations to ensure smooth execution
Manage event registration and attendee check-in, including distributing materials
Engage attendees and deliver a positive guest experience
Assist vendors, staff, and partners to ensure timely delivery of services and materials
Monitor event logistics and help resolve issues in real-time
Support event setup and breakdown, including signage, materials, and equipment
Assist with post-event follow-up, including feedback collection and communications
Qualification
Required
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Detail-oriented with a commitment to excellent service
Ability to multitask and stay organized in fast-paced environments
Positive, adaptable team player with a willingness to learn
Interest in gaining hands-on experience in the event industry
Preferred
Previous experience in customer service or event support
