Social Media Manager (In office only)
Marketing Empire Group (MEG) is a full-service marketing agency in Temecula, CA, and they are seeking an in-house Social Media Manager to lead their social team. This role involves developing and overseeing social media strategies, managing campaigns, and optimizing performance to exceed client expectations.

Responsibilities
Develop and oversee comprehensive social media strategies for Tier 1 clients while ensuring alignment with creative, PR, and digital initiatives across the agency
Provide leadership and mentorship to Social Media Specialists, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time, on-brand, and optimized for performance
Lead the development of social playbooks, influencer frameworks, and AI-driven resource guides to streamline team operations
Direct the planning, packaging, and syndication of multi-channel campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, emerging platforms)
Partner with the Creative Director and Email Marketing team to ensure cross-channel alignment in tone, visuals, and cadence
Oversee influencer marketing efforts, including sourcing, contracting, and campaign delivery for high-profile clients
Lead the reporting process for all clients, ensuring insights are data-driven and actionable
Review campaign metrics (reach, engagement, CTR, conversions) and optimize strategies across clients
Drive innovation by piloting new social media tools, A/B testing formats, and experimenting with AI-supported content workflows
Act as the hub between the social team and other departments (Creative, Email, SEO, Paid Media, PR)
Contribute social insights to agency-wide go-to-market strategies, particularly for larger Tier 1 accounts
Ensure smooth project management through Basecamp and other internal platforms
Qualification
Required
5–10 years of experience in social media marketing, digital marketing, or related roles
Proven experience leading teams and delivering measurable results in agency or fast-paced environments
Strong background in social strategy development, influencer campaign management, and cross-channel planning
Advanced knowledge of social media tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, native analytics) and design platforms (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma)
Proficiency in paid social advertising (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, TikTok Ads)
Excellent communication, leadership, and presentation skills
Preferred
Familiarity with AI-assisted marketing tools (ChatGPT, OpusClip, Neuron Writer)
