Responsibilities
Lead pathfinding for test and manufacturing of emerging technologies (SERDES, CPC/CPO, HBM, IVR, D2D, COWOS, SOW, 3.5D)
Develop and drive strategic roadmaps for manufacturing and test supporting advanced HPC products
Define the most optimized DFX solution and test flow for complex multi-chip packages
Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our test and manufacturing solutions remain best-in-class
Participate in setting overall product strategy in the data center and AI space
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related field
15+ years of experience in Product and Test engineering
Deep knowledge of the entire test and manufacturing flow and stack for large multi-chip packages
Proven expertise in DFT, high speed SERDES testing and die-to-die testing
Strong understanding of manufacturing cost and quality optimization, DPM and coverage modeling
Preferred
Experience with advanced packaging technologies (CoWoS, 2.5D, 3.5D), SIPI or system-level testing
Proven track record in pathfinding for test and manufacturing
Strong judgment and analytical skills in evaluating and balancing trade-offs in test and manufacturing strategy
Demonstrated ability to drive innovation and influence technology direction in support of business goals
