JLL is a leading company in workplace solutions, and they are seeking a Summer Intern in Sourcing & Procurement to support sourcing and procurement projects. The intern will assist with supplier management activities, data analysis, and contribute to process improvement projects within a global procurement environment.

Responsibilities

Support supplier onboarding processes in JLL sourcing systems, including workflow tracking and compliance reviews

Organize supplier documentation, contracts, and communications while assisting in vendor relationship management

Conduct data analysis using procurement system data to support strategic sourcing initiatives

Maintain procurement databases and develop performance dashboards to monitor key metrics and supplier KPIs

Contribute to process improvement projects and assist in supplier selection and evaluation activities

Prepare presentations and reports for internal stakeholders and supplier meetings

Collaborate with cross-functional teams on procurement-related projects as assigned

Required

Actively pursuing a bachelor's degree with 2–3 years completed, majoring in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, or related fields

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint

Strong analytical and data management skills

Effective written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Interest in procurement, supply chain management, and process improvement

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Permanent U.S. Work Authorization Is Required
