Soccer Shots - San Diego East County is dedicated to inspiring children through soccer. They are seeking a Sales & Marketing Intern to gain hands-on experience in promoting their programs and engaging with the community.

Responsibilities

Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote Soccer Shots programs
Engage with potential customers through social media platforms and community events
Support the sales team by generating leads and following up with inquiries
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends in youth sports
Create promotional materials and content to enhance brand visibility
Help organize and execute local events to boost community engagement
Monitor and report on marketing campaign performance and customer feedback
Collaborate with team members to brainstorm innovative marketing ideas

Qualification

Required

Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse audiences
Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing strategies
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Passion for youth sports and promoting healthy lifestyles
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic graphic design tools is a plus

Preferred

Previous internship or volunteer experience in sales or marketing
