Human Resources Manager
Moss Consulting is a national HR consulting and outsourcing firm serving small and mid-sized businesses. They are seeking a Human Resources Manager to lead HR operations for multiple client companies in the Denver area, focusing on payroll, onboarding, benefits, and compliance.

Responsibilities
Serve as the primary HR point of contact for assigned client companies
Manage HR tickets and requests within defined service timelines
Oversee onboarding, payroll coordination, employee changes, and compliance documentation
Coordinate benefits administration, open enrollment, and employee communications
Conduct HR Integrity Checks and annual HR planning for client organizations
Delegate work to HR Generalists and manage task flow and quality standards
Communicate directly with business owners and leadership teams
Provide occasional after-hours support for urgent client needs
Maintain precise time tracking and clear, professional client communication standards
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (required)
5+ years of progressive HR experience (generalist or HR business partner)
Strong knowledge of employment laws, payroll practices, and HR compliance
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
Preferred
Prior experience in HR consulting or multi-client environments strongly preferred
SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR preferred
