Intern, Entry LevelTetra Tech is a leader in water, environment, and sustainable infrastructure, seeking Civil Engineering Interns and Entry-Level Engineers (EITs) to join their municipal water infrastructure teams across Texas. The role involves supporting the planning, design, construction, and rehabilitation of municipal water, wastewater, and stormwater systems while gaining hands-on experience and developing technical skills.

Responsibilities
Support the design of water and wastewater treatment facilities, pipelines, pump stations, and stormwater systems using Civil 3D, MicroStation, or similar software
Assist with preparation of engineering drawings, technical specifications, and cost estimates under the guidance of senior engineers
Provide construction support services, including submittal reviews, responses to RFIs, and field inspections
Assist with hydraulic modeling, stormwater analysis, and data evaluation for municipal infrastructure projects
Collaborate with multidisciplinary project teams to support engineering solutions that meet project and client requirements
Qualification
Required
Pursuing or completed a B.S. in Civil Engineering or Environmental Engineering
Strong interest in municipal water, wastewater, stormwater, or water resources engineering
Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally for site visits as needed
Preferred
EIT certification or ability to obtain certification in the near term
Prior internship, co-op, or academic project experience related to municipal water, wastewater, or stormwater infrastructure
Familiarity with Civil 3D, MicroStation, or similar engineering design software
