Responsibilities
Drive the strategy and execution of complex product experiences across mobile (iOS & Android) and web, turning ambiguity into clarity and shipping solutions that move the business forward
Use research, discovery, and iterative testing to define opportunities, validate direction, and ensure we solve the right problems in the right way
Create connected, user-centered workflows across platforms, shaping the product holistically, not as separate surfaces
Advance our design system, patterns, and workflows; introduce new tools (including emerging AI) to raise quality, speed, and consistency across the team
Work closely with the Head of Product (co-founder), Engineering leads, and Executive Leadership to influence roadmaps, align on priorities, and turn insights into strategic decisions
Raise the bar for design quality, provide guidance to senior designers, and champion cross-functional collaboration
Qualification
Required
5+ years as a Senior Product Designer or higher, including ownership of initiatives with measurable business outcomes
5+ years of experience designing mobile apps for iOS and Android
Significant experience leading early-stage research and problem space definition
Strong storytelling and presentation skills; able to rally teams around design ideas
Background in designing digital services that improve physical-world workflows (e.g., logistics, mobility, operations)
Deep proficiency with modern design tools (Figma, prototyping libraries, etc.) and methods
