Responsibilities
Developing, operationalizing, and administering tasks in support of the ECM Unit
Performing consultative and analytical research, data and policy analysis, and technical assistance to address program-related matters pertinent to the design, development, implementation, and monitoring of the ECM benefit
Qualification
Required
Experience organizing and establishing workload priorities in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
Experience organizing and compiling data and information into reports to ensure accurate and clear documentation
Creating spreadsheets to compile, compute, organize, and present data and statistics for use in reports
Coordination, collaboration, and meeting facilitation skills to communicate and engage with a diverse set of stakeholders
Demonstrated ability to work independently, take initiative, and meet deadlines with excellent follow-through on tasks and assignments
Highly motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic
Ability to work on confidential and sensitive assignments, and consistently exercise a high degree of initiative, independence, and sound judgment in performing assigned tasks
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, organizational skills, and attention to detail
