The senior accountant will be responsible for assisting with the month end close process, reconciling cash accounts, and performing inventory reconciliations.

Responsibilities
Assist with the month end close process (bank reconciliations, balance sheet reconciliations, journal entry preparation, and assist with financial statement preparation)
The interim senior accountant would be responsible for reconciling the cash account
The person taking on this role would also assist with inventory reconciliations. Prior experience with construction in progress accounting would be a plus
Assist with variance analysis
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance is required
Intermediate excel skills are required
Ability to meet tight deadlines and multi-task is required
Preferred
2-4 years of month end close experience is desired
Prior experience with construction accounting or Construction in Progress and inventory accounting is desired
Prior experience on an ERP system like Oracle, Great Plains, or Sage is desired
