Responsibilities
Engaging with borrowers to understand their goals and providing clear, expert guidance so they feel informed, confident, and ready to move forward
Leveraging online systems and digital tools to review credit and identify the best loan solutions for reach borrower
Guiding borrowers through the loan process by clearly explaining options, rates, and terms
Managing loan files from application through closing while keeping borrowers informed every step of the way
Collaborating closely with internal and external partners to ensure a smooth, high quality loan experience
Qualification
Required
Established experience in direct sales
Proven track record in pipeline management, including the use of key metrics
NMLS licensed (can be obtained when starting the role)
Ability to engage with borrowers to understand their goals and provide clear, expert guidance
Ability to leverage online systems and digital tools to review credit and identify the best loan solutions for each borrower
Ability to guide borrowers through the loan process by clearly explaining options, rates, and terms
Ability to manage loan files from application through closing while keeping borrowers informed
Ability to collaborate closely with internal and external partners to ensure a smooth, high-quality loan experience
Demonstrate grit and resilience in a fast-paced and evolving environment
