Responsibilities

Executive Admin will work on a team responsible for executive development programming where they oversee high potential VP and director level programs
Admin will be responsible for to pay invoices, prep and work with hotels that leaders stay at, make sure they have hotel blocks, menus for lunches, meeting rooms booked (depending on size), dietary restrictions, etc
Responsible for managing emails and handling correspondence

Required

High School Diploma required
At least 3 years of Executive Assistant experience (calendar management, scheduling, hotel booking, travel coordination)
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Strong written and verbal skills for professional/internal interaction
Knowledge of office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Exceptional ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks

Preferred

Bachelors Degree highly preferred
