Responsibilities
Own project records: Manage all project and sales documentation in Salesforce, maintaining accurate, up-to-date records from initiation through go-live
Partner with Sales: Collaborate to understand customer needs and translate them into clear implementation plans
Be the liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact across departments involved in order fulfillment and implementation
Communicate proactively: Provide regular customer updates and address questions, risks, and issues promptly
Coordinate service delivery: Orchestrate implementations for VoIP, circuits, connectivity, internet, and related solutions
Produce project artifacts: Create and update network designs, location diagrams, multi‑site connections, and Visio drawings
Lead touchpoints: Facilitate customer and internal meetings/calls for complex implementations and escalations
Stay market-aware: Track industry trends and competitors to ensure offerings align with customer expectations
Unblock stalled work: Identify stalled orders, escalate appropriately, and drive resolution
Own outcomes: Take full ownership of customer projects to ensure high-quality delivery and successful results

Qualification
Required
3-5 years in a fast-paced service delivery environment (telecom or data industries preferred)
Solid understanding of telecommunications and VoIP services
Proven experience in project coordination or project management
Ability to build strong relationships with internal teams and external customers
Exceptional problem‑solving, prioritization, and multi‑project management skills
Professionalism, attention to detail, and sound decision-making
Preferred
Relevant industry experience in telecommunications or data services
Additional experience in project management or provisioning
