Responsibilities
Maintain and update the Global Workforce Plan
Assist in planning and executing Global Early Careers projects, including budgeting, reporting, and compliance
Review data creatively and share insights with global partners
Prepare and run global reports for program support
Collaborate with global teams to manage budgets and ensure operational efficiency
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis
Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience in Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, or a related field is required
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (preferably WorkDay) and a general understanding of Talent Acquisition best practices are highly desirable
