Responsibilities
Perform thorough cleaning, washing, and detailing of vehicles, both interior and exterior
Apply polishing, waxing, and protective coatings to enhance the appearance of vehicles
Vacuum, shampoo, and steam clean carpets, upholstery, and other interior surfaces
Clean and dress tires, wheels, and exterior trim to maintain a polished look
Ensure all cleaning products and equipment are used safely and effectively
Inspect vehicles for any damages, defects, or necessary repairs
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the detailing area
Qualification
Required
Prior experience in car detailing is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards
Good physical stamina and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of different cleaning products, tools, and techniques used in car detailing
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Must be at least 18 years of age
Must be able to pass a criminal background check
Must have a valid driver's license
The ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays is required
The ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds, climb ladders, work at heights, and operate power tools
The ability to safely operate a company vehicle, including forklifts and other equipment
The ability to read and understand technical documents and safety rules
The ability to follow instructions and learn from past experiences
The ability to deal tactfully with all types of people and the ability to handle anger and frustration well
