Installing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of flooring types, including hardwood, carpet, and natural stone
Evaluating customer requirements and providing expert advice
Managing product sales and delivering exceptional customer service
Handling tools and materials necessary for the job while ensuring high-quality execution and completing tasks in a timely manner
Qualification
Required
Experience in flooring installation and repair, including working with carpet and hardwood surfaces
Strong customer service and communication skills to assist clients and provide guidance
Proficiency in sales and an ability to recommend suitable solutions to meet customer needs
Attention to detail and craftsmanship to achieve high-quality finishes
Ability to lift heavy materials and operate required tools
Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures related to flooring jobs
High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred
Prior experience in working with natural stone surfaces
Additional certifications in flooring or construction
