Responsibilities

Management of the day-to-day operations of the Workforce Management (WFM) Team; provide leadership and development to WFM employees with a focus on achieving regional business goals and strategies
Provides reporting for key stakeholders, patient services leadership, and regional leaders. Identify and drive implementation of effective knowledge management tools and practices
Collaborate with cross-functional partners to align forecasts with business needs; monitor & adjust forecasts based on changing business conditions and new data; presents findings and recommendations to management in a clear and concise manner; Stays up to date on industry trends and economic factors that may impact forecasts
Builds strong relationships within patient services and across functions including commercial/sales team; ability to influence beyond team of direct reports

Required

5+ years leading a remote team
Excellent communication and ability to build strong relationships
Strong collaboration and influencing skills
Bachelor's degree required
Knowledge of Six Sigma or Lean is beneficial
Strong Analytical skills
Ability to prioritize, plan, and organize
Advanced skills in Excel (graphs, pivot tables, and understanding formulas)
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (PowerPoint, Word, etc)
Responsible for the leadership and development of a team of schedulers and an analyst
Travel between 25-50%

Preferred

Experience in workforce management, forecasting, and/or analytical roles
PSC/IOP leadership experience is a plus
