Technical Client Service
SoTalent is a leading financial services organization seeking a Technical Client Service representative to provide exceptional guidance and solutions to Registered Investment Advisors. This role focuses on helping clients navigate digital platforms while delivering consultative, solutions-driven service.
Responsibilities
Educate Clients: Respond to client inquiries via phone, providing clear guidance on website navigation and platform features
Advocate for Clients: Ask insightful questions to uncover underlying issues and ensure clients’ needs are fully addressed
Deliver Solutions: Provide timely, professional, and courteous support to resolve technical and platform-related issues
Consult and Recommend: Offer appropriate recommendations and solutions that align with client goals and needs
Build Relationships: Collaborate with internal teams and maintain strong client relationships to enhance overall service delivery
Qualification
Required
1–3 years of customer service experience
Basic understanding of desktop systems, website navigation, and online/Internet services
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team-focused environment
Excellent time management, professionalism, and attention to detail
Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and high level of integrity
