Lab Technician

Responsibilities

Determine workflow of job trays and insert lenses into frames
Work across multiple Finish Side functions, including Check-In, Layout, Insert, and Check Out, depending on daily needs
Assist finish production leads through effective communication
Maintain an organized and clean work area and ensure equipment is properly cared for
Follow confidentiality requirements in accordance with HIPAA
Monitor MWEC processes to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines
Demonstrate strong attention to detail with a process-focused mindset to ensure consistent, high-quality outcomes
Manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and work independently with minimal supervision
Perform work with excellence, accuracy, and pride in quality
Contribute positively to team culture by supporting teammates and fostering a collaborative work environment
