Responsibilities
Attend pre-shift meetings, receiving keys, radio, and equipment, and reviewing daily promotions and guest service priorities
Provide friendly assistance to guests by explaining game play, answering questions, and ensuring a positive and welcoming gaming experience
Monitor assigned slot areas to identify down or malfunctioning machines, troubleshoot minor issues, and return machines to service when possible
Perform paper fills and ticket replacements accurately and efficiently to maintain smooth machine operation
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors while following all regulatory requirements, safety standards, and company policies
Qualification
Required
Must be 18 years or older and able to obtain proper licensure as required by the New York State Gaming Commission
Must be available to work onsite 6:15pm-2:15am and 9:15pm-6:15am including weekends and holidays
Must possess a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent
Has previous customer/guest service experience preferably in a casino, hotel, or similar resort setting
Has previous slot/gaming experience
