Responsibilities
Build Relationships: Develop strong, trust-based partnerships with employees and leaders across the business unit
Champion Culture: Act as a steward of Wedgewood Pharmacy’s values and culture, modeling behaviors that promote inclusion, collaboration, and continuous improvement
Strategic People Planning: Align People Success strategies with business goals to support growth, performance, and engagement
Policy & Guidance: Provide expert advice on HR policies, practices, and compliance with state regulations
Coaching & Development: Support managers and employees through coaching, feedback, and performance development
Leadership Support: Guide and support leaders in developing their teams, reinforcing accountability standards, making informed decisions, and navigating organizational change. Provide resources and frameworks that empower leaders to drive engagement and achieve business objectives
Employee Engagement: Analyze trends and data to enhance employee satisfaction, retention, and workplace culture
Employee Relations: Lead investigations and resolve issues with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency
Organizational Design: Contribute to the development of organizational structures and role clarity
Data-Driven Insights: Use HR metrics to inform decisions and recommend improvements to programs and policies
Qualification
Required
Proven ability to solve problems and deliver people-focused solutions in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for helping others succeed
Confidence to offer honest feedback and influence change at all levels of the organization
Experience translating enterprise-wide initiatives into local, actionable plans
Collaborative mindset with a natural ability to connect people and ideas
A deep commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive, and high-trust culture
Tech-savvy and comfortable using HRIS systems (UKG experience a plus)
Bachelor's degree required
Minimum 3 years of HR or related experience, preferably in Arizona
