In-depth knowledge of core Finance principles and practices
Strong Analytical Skills with experience in interpreting complex data to support business decisions
Proven ability in Financial Reporting and adhering to compliance standards
Advanced proficiency with financial software and tools
Excellent leadership, decision-making, and communication skills
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CPA is a plus
Prior experience in a senior financial leadership position
