Responsibilities
Plan, organize, and manage all project resources to ensure successful delivery
Ensure safety, quality, budgets, and schedules are consistently maintained
Track and report project performance, including timelines, costs, and profit/loss
Serve as the primary point of contact between Icon Builders USA and clients
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and agreements with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients
Review subcontractor and supplier proposals to ensure accuracy and value
Monitor project profitability and key performance indicators
Ensure project financials align with company budgets and performance goals
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 3 years of experience in residential construction project management
Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Proficiency in Procore and Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently while leading project teams
