Responsibilities
Manages the documentation, implementation, and administration of Microsoft Intune, Jamf Pro and HP print management software on various systems to include desktop PC and Mac devices, laptops, tablets and printers
Provide advanced level troubleshooting for hardware and software issues, including interfaces with external devices (docking stations, printers, digital displays, scanners, etc
Makes recommendations for new endpoints and services to purchase
Works with various vendors for advanced troubleshooting
Perform on-site and remote technical support
Assist in the organization and inventory of all hardware and software resources
Maintains excellent communication with the manager on all tasks and projects
Creates and maintains good technical documentation
May provide emergency on-call support on a rotating schedule
Qualification
Required
Two years and current experience as an administrator on a small to medium sized network of servers, desktop systems, and communications devices using current technology
Knowledge of windows servers and desktop products
Knowledge of setting up remote access for users
Ability to administer a 1000 to 5000 node network and be able to support network printers and multi-function printers
Working knowledge of current communication devices and protocols, server and desktop technologies
Ability to manage multiple projects, activities, and tasks simultaneously
Facilitation and change management skills
Highly developed verbal and written communications
Ability to learn and comprehend new technologies with minimal management
Ability to repetitively use arms, hands and fingers
Ability to communicate effectively with team members
Positive attitude when working with customers
Knowledge of employment, merchandise handling, and safety procedures
Must be at least 21 years of age with no more than 2 moving violations and 1 chargeable accident within the last three years
Preferred
Degree in computer science, MIS, or business administration supplemented with one or more courses or certifications in current technology
