Defying Time Aesthetics is a physician-led, growing aesthetic medical practice with three Texas locations. They are seeking a Regional Practice Manager to oversee daily operations, team performance, and business growth across all sites.

Marketing & Advertising

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day operations across multiple locations
Ensure a consistent, high-level patient experience at every site
Lead, coach, and hold accountable office managers, front desk, and support staff
Standardize workflows, policies, and procedures across locations
Monitor budgets, expenses, KPIs, and performance metrics
Partner with ownership on growth strategy and scalability
Support marketing, patient retention, and community engagement efforts
Oversee onboarding, training, and performance management
Optimize EMR systems and operational processes
Serve as liaison between providers, staff, and ownership
Travel between locations as needed

Required

Experience as a Practice Manager, Regional Manager, Operations Manager, or General Manager
Proven success managing multiple locations or teams

Experience in healthcare, aesthetics, wellness, hospitality, or service-based industries
Comfortable implementing systems and driving accountability
Professional, dependable, and solutions-oriented
