Responsibilities
Aggregate and analyze large-scale game and player datasets to support reporting and advanced analysis
Define and maintain metrics and KPIs to measure operational and product performance
Build and maintain dashboards to enable self-service insights and data-driven decision-making
Present strategic insights, recommendations, and outcomes to senior leaders and stakeholders
Design and conduct experiments to test hypotheses and evaluate performance
Perform advanced statistical analyses to guide project prioritization and KPI optimization
Conduct market and competitive research to identify trends, opportunities, and risks
Partner with multi-departmental teams to align insights with business and product goals
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in data analytics, business strategy, management consulting, or related fields
Strong experience designing and scaling KPI frameworks in complex, matrixed environments
Hands-on experience with large-scale data analysis and advanced statistical methods such as regression, clustering, significance testing, and experimentation
Proficiency in SQL and Python
Experience working with Databricks and Tableau
Ability to manage, analyze, and maintain complex datasets
Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to influence decision-making through clear data storytelling
Preferred
Familiarity with AI/ML models for workflow optimization and automation
Graduate degree in analytics, statistics, engineering, or a related field
Experience working with global or distributed teams
Passion for gaming, data, and player-focused insights
