They are seeking a Field Staff Recruiter responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding qualified candidates to meet staffing needs while collaborating with hiring managers and enhancing recruitment strategies.

Qualification
Required
Proficiency in sourcing, recruitment strategies, and candidate screening
Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
Experience in interview scheduling, onboarding, and recruitment operations
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Familiarity with recruitment tracking systems and related technologies
Knowledge of local labor laws and compliance
Preferred
Previous experience in healthcare staffing or home care services is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or relevant field preferred
