Responsibilities
Provide executive-level administrative support: manage calendars, schedule meetings, coordinate travel, and prepare agendas and follow-ups for leadership
Execute full-cycle accounts payable tasks: process vendor invoices, code transactions, obtain approvals, and prepare ACH/check runs
Manage accounts receivable and invoicing: prepare client invoices, track collections, and resolve billing inquiries with customers
Perform bank reconciliations and support month-end close activities, ensuring accuracy of general ledger entries and supporting documentation
Maintain expense reporting and company credit card reconciliations; enforce policy compliance and submit reports for review
Serve as a point of contact for vendors and external accountants; prepare files and schedules for payroll vendors and external CPA reviews
