Responsibilities
Coordinate Quarterly CFO Reviews, Quarterly Business Reviews, and Integrated Business Plan Reviews
Participate and manage month end financial reporting activities for NMS portfolio
Lead the Investment requirements development and expenditure tracking for the NMS portfolio
Manage and present financial data to internal and external customers
Forecast financial metrics, develop program baselines, manage Estimates-at-Complete (EACs), and closeout completed contracts
Supporting weekly, monthly, and quarterly program reporting requirements both internally and externally as required
Carry out miscellaneous financial analysis as required and continually assess and improving financial reporting processes to enhance efficiencies
Work independently in a cross-functional team environment
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, finance, or related degree with 6 years of work experience. Work experience considered instead of formal education
Experience in program finance in the defense / aerospace industry
Proficiency in with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI)
Must have strong problem-solving, analytical and in-depth research skills
Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and written
Be able to prioritize and self-manage a multitasked workload in a fast-paced environment
Ability to make decisions with sound judgment while complying with policies and procedures
Preferred
MBA, CPA, or other advanced business degree a plus
Possesses finance experience in the aerospace / defense industry
Familiarity with Earned Value Management System (EVMS)
Experience in Deltek, Cost Point, SAP, Cognos, or other equivalent accounting software
Experience with Hyperion and Hyperion Financial Management (HFM)
Experience with Cobra, MPM, or other equivalent software a plus
