Responsibilities
Supporting Investment bankers from senior to junior level
Manage complex calendars, prioritize meeting requests, and coordinate internal/external appointments across multiple time zones
Arrange heavy domestic and international travel logistics, including flights hotels, and ground transportation
Process expense reports using Concur
Maintain and update executives CRM system with client information and meeting notes
Hours are 9 am- 5 pm
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 5 years of administrative experience, supporting professionals in Investment Banking or Financial Services
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
Demonstrates a high level of integrity and professionalism
Strong written and verbal skills
Highly organized, with attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
Preferred
Experience using Concur and CRM platforms
