Responsibilities

Maintain the community buildings, hallways, and breezeways
Sustain cleanliness of community amenities
Freshen apartments as needed
Report repair issues as necessary
Assist maintenance staff
Provide excellent customer service to our Residents

Qualification

Required

1 year of janitorial and/or grounds experience
Must have a valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
Must pass a criminal background check
Must be able to read and write in English
Must be 18 years of age or older
