InternTrinity River Authority of Texas is seeking a seasonal part-time Intern III. This entry-level position will assist with various administrative tasks and projects, including drafting correspondence, participating in budget discussions, and providing general support to management.

Responsibilities
Participate in regular communications with TRA management. Assist with drafting correspondence and reports with necessary back-up material for review/approval
Participate in project team meetings and discussions on budget instructions and planning. May assist with reviewing budgets, assist with flow charts and instructions for budget process
Responsible for basic word processing, proofreading and distribution of reports and correspondence for the managers, while maintaining confidentiality
May assist with the manager's calls, messages and schedule as well as providing reminders for commitments
Schedule meetings, reserve rooms and may attend and record minutes of meetings as required
May be assigned other administrative support duties for the department as needed
Qualification
Required
Two or more years of college courses in the area required by the position
Coursework in the area required by the position
Valid Texas driver's license
Basic knowledge in the area required by the position
Knowledge of basic mathematical calculations
Must have good attention to detail
The ability to prepare graphs, charts, exhibits, and understand spreadsheets, budgets and prioritization tools may be required
Must be able to evaluate situations and analyze problems to make decisions necessary for corrective measures with some direction, and follow standard operating procedures
