They are seeking an Engineering Intern to join the Mining & Energy Division's Cavern Geology group, where the intern will work on data analysis, 3D modeling, and engineering tool development under supervision.

Responsibilities
Primary activities include large data set 3D modeling, data analysis, well hydraulic and pressure calculations, and engineering tool development based on Python and VBA
Supplemental activities include permit and report drafting, numerical analysis with specialty software, and well and drilling design/planning
Qualification
Required
Must be working toward a bachelor of science or advanced degree in geological, mechanical, mining, civil engineering, or related field
Strong computer skills, specifically with spreadsheets, scripting/programming, and 3D modeling software
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to be self-motivated
