Front Desk Staff

Responsibilities
Managing receptionist duties such as greeting visitors
Answering and directing phone calls with professional etiquette
Providing exceptional customer service
Maintaining front desk operations
Assisting staff
Supporting students and guests with general inquiries
Ensuring a welcoming and organized environment for all who enter the campus
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and handling Receptionist Duties
Strong Customer Service and Communication skills
Basic Computer Literacy, including familiarity with office software
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred
prior front desk or administrative experience
