Handle financial transactions, resolve members' problems, and answer questions about MidSouth's products and services
Process financial transactions, sell monetary instruments, and educate members on the features and benefits of MidSouth's products and services
Qualification
Required
Five or more years of similar or related experience
History of satisfactory performance and behavior
Ability to train other Tellers (on the job training)
Ability to function as backup vault custodian
Demonstrated ability to handle complex inquiries and issues successfully
A high school education or GED
Courtesy, tact, and diplomacy are essential elements of the job
