Responsibilities
Design and scale manager enablement systems that make expectations explicit and reduce ambiguity in hiring, ramp, performance, and role transitions
Build practical development experiences that support managers during the earliest and highest-impact moments of the employee lifecycle
Partner closely with People Business Partners, People Operations, and business leaders to translate real operating challenges into scalable solutions
Use technology and AI intentionally to support decision-making, reduce cognitive load, and help teams operate more consistently at speed
Own programs end to end, from problem definition through delivery and iteration, with a strong bias toward shipping and learning
Continuously refine what 'good' looks like by using data, feedback, and observed outcomes to improve systems over time

Required

You simplify complex ideas into clear, practical guidance people can actually use
You have a bias toward action, iteration, and measurable outcomes over perfection
You care deeply about clarity, accountability, and execution and are not attached to traditional HR or L&D playbooks— you want your work to directly shape how the business runs
