Responsibilities
The position’s focus will be to provide general IT support to the CyberMaxx organization
This will include management of following software and hardware systems: Microsoft ecosystem of products such as Azure, M365, Defender XDR and MDM
Endpoint hardware support from vendors such as Apple, Dell, and Microsoft
Familiarity with enterprise ticketing systems such as ZoHo, Zendesk, ServiceNow, Atlassian
Basic understanding of firewall and VPN systems
Management of corporate telephony systems
Qualification
Required
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in IT
Understanding of laptop and server hardware support tasks
Understanding of TCP/IP is required
Candidates must be able to demonstrate a strong understanding of private and public cloud infrastructure, network components such as switching, routing, operating systems, application servers, and security principles
Preferred
Microsoft certifications preferred
Experience and understanding of network design and troubleshooting specificity as it applies to interoperability of firewall systems with the network is preferred
