Installation and setup of new computers and systems
Connecting systems to the network, installing software, troubleshooting hardware and software issues
Providing support for faculty, staff, and labs
Utilizing a work order system to track computer problems
SIS and student support, replacing hardware components
Contacting technical support when necessary
Maintaining off-campus computer sites
May be required to perform other duties as assigned
May be required to assist the agency or state government generally in the event of an emergency declaration by the Governor
Qualification
Required
Must have experience with Windows 10, 11, Apple IOS, Microsoft Office, hardware troubleshooting and repair skills
Excellent customer service skills
Preferred
Experience in a higher education setting
