Responsibilities
Gen-AI Program Oversight & Delivery
Lead the implementation roadmap for Gen-AI based Mortgage IDP (extracting data from 1003s, paystubs, W2s, etc.) and Gen-AI assisted underwriting
Define program scope, milestones, and success metrics (KPIs) focused on reducing Turnaround Time (TAT) and improving
Qualification
Required
Mortgage Domain Expertise, Comprehensive knowledge of the US Residential Mortgage lifecycle: Origination, Processing, Underwriting, and Closing
Deep understanding of Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac guidelines, FHA/VA requirements, and private investor overlays
Familiarity with mortgage document types (Income, Asset, Tax, Collateral) and their validation logic
Strong conceptual understanding of Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Intelligent Document Processing (IDP)
Experience with Agile delivery frameworks (Scrum/Kanban) and tools like Jira/Confluence
Ability to discuss technical data contracts and system architecture with engineers while translating impact to business users
