Responsibilities
Operate production equipment to meet daily targets for quality and efficiency
Set up, run, and reset machines based on work orders and customer requirements
Perform basic quality checks and report any equipment issues or material defects
Prepare and handle materials using tools like scissors, tweezers, and safety knives
Load/unload materials, track inventory, and manage in-process products (WIP)
Safely operate pallet jacks and other industrial equipment (training provided)
Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times
Report safety concerns, incidents, or near misses immediately
Enter job and inventory data into our internal systems accurately
Collaborate with your team to improve processes and keep production flowing
Qualification
Required
Ability to learn and adapt in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Must be at least 18 years of age
Punctuality and a professional, can-do attitude are a must
Ability to find issues in a work process and receive safety signals using sight, touch, or hearing
Open to schedule flexibility that will allow for a variety of shifts as needed. Ability to change schedule on short notice as required
Preferred
Previous production operations, material handling, or technician experience within a manufacturing or warehouse comparable environment is preferred but not required
Command of the English language, both written and verbal, is strongly preferred
