Change Analyst

The State of Missouri is seeking a Change Analyst to join the Office of Administration, Division of Accounting. This role involves managing the analysis of impacts related to the MOVERS project, supporting communication and stakeholder engagement, and facilitating the adoption of new technology solutions for various business processes.

Responsibilities

Manage capture and analysis of change impacts and support related communication. Includes cross-walking current processes to new system processes with attention to opportunities for process improvement
Manage the MOVERS project email inbox, responding to questions and requests for information where possible, directing agencies to appropriate project resources when needed, providing timely information and responses (within 1 business day), and coordinate inbox management when unavailable
Manage a SharePoint task tracker related to requests for agency information and provide task follow-up and reminders
Contribute to training material development review
Contribute and provide insight to stakeholder engagement planning/ implementation, readiness activities, agency readiness evaluation, and resource development
Collaborate to solve problems creatively
Promote stakeholder buy-in and engagement
Other duties as assigned

Required

Bachelor's degree OR equivalent experience with professional business communication development for large audiences, analysis, and customer support
3-5 years of relevant experience and/or appropriate certification
Willingness and ability to prioritize and own goals to meet deadlines, working independently with little supervision. Self-starter
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage uncertainty and change
Excellent interpersonal, communication (written and verbal), and customer service skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Products and basic data analysis

Preferred

Ability to influence positive collaboration across multiple teams with vast and varying priorities and challenges to coordinate outcomes
Ability to understand and consider multiple conflicting priorities and develop a strategic plan
Ability to think critically about outcomes, cross-team efforts and statewide impacts
Ability to learn and understand processes quickly
Knowledge of, or experience with, SAMII Financial or HR Systems' on-line, data warehouse, Document Direct reports, or MissouriBUYS is beneficial but not required
