Responsibilities
Deliver and oversee services including cryo slimming, whole-body cryotherapy, infrared heat therapy, and recovery modalities
Ensure all recovery and aesthetic services are delivered with precision, professionalism, and consistency
Maintain high standards for cleanliness, safety, and flow across the recovery floor
Guide clients through recovery, body contouring, and metabolic optimization journeys
Support Peak MD weight loss clients with slimming, recovery, and body composition protocols
Track progress including photos, measurements, and subjective outcomes
Help clients understand •why• they’re doing what they’re doing—not just the service itself
Educate clients on recovery, inflammation, fat loss, metabolic health, and lifestyle optimization
Confidently connect client goals and pain points to the right services and next steps
Build long-term relationships that drive retention, referrals, and upgrades
Manage scheduling, service flow, and daily recovery operations
Maintain accurate documentation and progress tracking
Collaborate closely with fitness, medical, and sales teams to deliver cohesive care
Take ownership of systems—not chaos
Support membership growth through exceptional service and education
Assist in training new team members as we scale
Help refine recovery and aesthetics protocols as Peak Vitality grows
Qualification
Required
Experience in esthetics, wellness, recovery, or spa-based therapies
Familiarity with body contouring, cryotherapy, infrared, or recovery technologies
Interest or background in nutrition, fitness, or health coaching
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
High energy, professionalism, and attention to detail
A mindset focused on outcomes, not just treatments
