Industrial Engineer (Level 2)

Responsibilities
Supporting cross-functional improvement efforts for a production area
Identifying areas of focus for production improvement across a wide scope
Performing observations and time studies to support cost driver analysis and process improvement
Using visualization and data analytic tools to analyze production processes
Applying Lean and Six-Sigma practices to production and leading major improvement efforts
Assisting in new product development and proposal efforts with data analysis
Qualification
Required
Bachelors degree or relevant years of work experience
Understanding continuous improvement initiatives and Lean Six Sigma methodologies
Ability to work onsite full-time
Must be a US Citizen for consideration
This position requires a government security clearance
Preferred
Lean Six-Sigma
Green Belt certification
Experience in data analytics
Understanding of Earned Value management
