Intern, Transformation Analyst

Responsibilities

Assist in building AI-enabled workflows using tools like Microsoft Copilot, Power Automate & Salesforce Agentforce
Help create Power BI dashboards and reports to track performance metrics
Support data analysis using Excel, SQL, or Python for process improvement initiatives
Document processes and create visual maps (flowcharts, swim lanes) for current and future states
Participate in process improvement workshops and help identify opportunities for automation
Research emerging technologies and AI use cases to support innovative efforts

Required

Junior or Senior undergrad or graduate students
Minimum 3.0 GPA
Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Engineering, or related field
Basic knowledge of Excel and interest in learning Power BI, CoPilot Agentic AI
Familiarity with AI tools or willingness to learn (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT)
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
A proactive team player who can work independently and as part of a team
Must be eligible to work in the U.S
Strong attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with strong Microsoft Excel skills required
Exposure to Power Automate, SharePoint, or other Microsoft 365 tools
Understanding of basic process mapping or Lean concepts
Interest in AI ethics and responsible technology use
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate with employees at all levels of the organization
A demonstrated commitment to high professional ethical standards and a diverse workplace
Ability to adapt to a fast paced continually changing business and work environment while managing multiple priorities
